Avon's New 2010 Fall line of products is geared to the Call Of The Wild or Animal Magnetism.

Animal Magnetism or sex appeal, magnetic personal charm. Here is the definition of the words from Dictionary.com:

animal magnetism

a presumed intangible or mysterious force that is said to influence human beings. The term was used by the German physician Franz Anton Mesmer to explain the hypnotic procedure that he used in the treatment of patients. (See hypnosis.) Mesmer believed that it was an occult force or invisible fluid emanating from his body and that, more generally, the force permeated the universe, deriving especially from the stars. The term is often used colloquially to mean sex appeal.

The animal attraction, that same sensuality, prowess and seductive qualities is what we share with animals. Each person has been endowed with the same natural sexual prowess. "Mr. D'Amico doesn't look much like an Avon lady, with his high-and-tight haircut and treadmill-perfected physique. Then again, the Avon lady isn't what she used to be. For starters, she isn't always a lady.

Today up to 12,000 men stand ready to sell you a tube of Avon ProExtreme Energizing Face Moisturizer for Men— an enormous number for a corporation whose identity is so thoroughly feminine that it still bills itself as "the company for women."

Mr. D'Amico joined Avon when he got tired of having to wear a guest name tag at company events with his wife, Katrina, who is also a sales representative. "Then I get serious and sell him the eye cream."

"Forget the product, forget it's Avon. This is a very viable business," says the 58-year-old fire code inspector from Winter Haven, Fla. He made about $800,000 in sales last year along with his wife and has about 170 sales reps under him.

McKinney is one of a growing number of male salesmen selling products from the New York-based beauty company. It's also part of a strategic move by Avon to broaden its appeal."

The Mickey Mouse Club was a phenomenal success. Thirty-nine kids and three adults were entitled to call themselves Mouseketeers on the first three seasons of the original show. You can find out who they were and how long they stayed with the show and much more interesting information on The Original Mickey Mouse Club Cast.  Those of us who are old enough to remember all those kids who made it into the Mickey Mouse club still remember them today. Oh they have all grown up but I think there is A New MMC out there somewhere. Many had those silly-cute Mickey Mouse caps they wore at slumber parties, birthday parties and even just sitting in front of their television sets. It was cool to be in the Mickey Mouse Club.

His suggestion for undereye coverup: “for blemishes, it’s best to use a concealer that matches your skin tone. But for undereye circles, go one or two shades lighter. Trying to match your complexion won’t give you the lift your eyes need.” Now in new shades for deeper skin tones, Mahogany, Ebony and Chestnut!

Other suggestions he has for selecting the right foundation: “your skin might be lighter on the neck or darker on the chin. To find the shade that looks just right, hold 3 shades up to your upper jaw line. Black Suede has been out for a while but they now have a Black Suede Leatherthat is a must for any man.
