Ego Trippin Jezebels Spirit and Your Petticoat Is Showing
68The fundamentals on hubpages really are getting to me and I am beginning to get a bit disturbed by their rationalism and how they use their own logic and EGO to shun others. Thing is it doesn't work so they are barking up the wrong tree.
Here in a discussion about Faith and Unseen things. There are two of us whom are having a discussion about all this and yet as we speak he tells us that things are so repetitive.
On another hub that he commenting on he claimed that he knows exactly what God says and he thinks that he is the only one that can understand him. He then proceeds to tell others that we don't hear anything. What an EGO Trip!
Shortley after I wrote a comment to that he asks the question of another hubber to do a hub on The Jezebel Spirit and what it's implication are in today's world. WoW, I don't think that was coincidence. I think he was trying to tell us women that we are that Jezebel's Spirit and that because we don't succumb and bow down to him we are that of a bad spirit and possessed by such.
Well I did a search on that and came up with at site that explains the properties shown by certain individuals (lol) mostly women, but some men can exhibit those things too.
The Jezebel Spirit
On This Blog the author describes who Jezebel is, in the Bible. Most people know who she is or was. If you don't you can go to the site and read up on that.
For the purpose of this hub shere are some of the attributes a Jezebel Spirit are:
"The Jezebel spirit is sociopathic. Behaviors you might see (3 or more):
1. They gain power by destroying others. It is like an adrenalin rush when they “win” over someone. They manage to get in positions of authority, and are difficult to displace, once there.
2. They are controlling, manipulative, bossy.

so “sweet,” “perfect,” deceitful, “timid” and sneaky, they are able to fool and recruit others to join them. Sometimes they can be very charming and charismatic.

They are not sympathetic to their victims, and tend to play the role of victim themselves, in order to gain sympathy. This way the real victim is left stranded, and opposed by others if they ask for help. Being the center of attention really pleases them.
8. they lie, and they believe their own lie. Avoiding the truth, or intentionally acting to withhold truth is part of this. false picture is presented to others.
9. impulsive, failure to plan ahead. chaotic at times
10. lack of remorse after hurting someone. they justify the harm.
11. consistent irresponsibility.
12. irritability, aggressiveness (open , or subtle), can be quick tempered.
13. failure to conform to social norms. person is an “outlier” or non-conformist. has their own ways.
14. psychological counseling will not help, since they deny what they are.
15. claims to religious sentiments, but very superficial in devotion. Born-again status is debatable, and unlikely, but would have to be evaluated on an individual basis.
16. usually women, but can be men. The women tend to control their men with sex. And they pick passive men (Ahabs) so they can dominate them.
17. usually married. If single, could be lesbian, homosexual man, or promiscuous man.
18. They falsely accuse you, and they do NOT forgive you ….."
The article goes on with how to remove such a spirit from another person. Hmmmm.
This person who runs around hubpages and other places exhibits many of these behaviors.

This persns petticoats are showing and he uses this logic all the time when he wants to put one beneath him:
"You have to remember who Jesus was speaking to and what He actually meant. There are those who deny the power of God and believe the power is their own power.
Everyone wants to voice their own opinion. Voice it but know this, it is only an opinion and actually means nothing. The only opinion that matters is God's opinion. All opinions that differ with God are nothing but dung."
He will then start to delete comments and then not answer the question from his own mind, He will use biblical scripture to put himself on a higher pedestal than he thought that he was before.
My response:First one is ----YAWN------ (since this is his first response as to what anyone else has to say about scripture)
Second one is:
Just who do you think Jesus was speaking too? If he was speaking to those of that age, then he isn't speaking to us and if he is speaking to us then he should get a better knowledge of our today's world's workings because they are not anywhere near what the things of those days were. So who is he talking to, XXXXXXX?
Your OPINION is also your OPINION and may not reflect anything that Jesus was talking about or whom he was talking too. So YOU know what God is saying and only YOU?
EGO TRIPPIN
He uses bible verses as a sword to harm another, not to build them up. He can't see the difference of love and ego., I bet you what--God can tell what is in his heart more than anyone else. His petticoats are showing all over the place. People can see just how he is acting and telling others that he has in his control just what and who's comments to stop or delete. He claims that he knows everything about the Bible just because he went through some biblical study. One must also take into account the times those people lived in and what the earth was doing and the government of those times to get the full picture. He puts a mask on that he is some kind of preacher, but he is not.
Pride goeth before a fall. I don't want to be under that pedestal of his when he does fall.
You all know what is said: "The bigger they are the harder they fall" and "what goes up must come down".
I met this person several years ago and he wasn't like this, but for some reason his head is getting bigger everyday and women--thay ain't nothing but servants to men in his Pentecostal Church. Though he will tell you they are not. It scares me to think of what he is doing to his wife.....seriously.

It sounds like quite a dual has arisen! You have done your homework as far as the characteristics of the "Jezebel Spirit", I believe it is ever present in this world today but I don't believe women are subserviant to men. I believe that God has defined our roles as a balance for marrige and the family model. Both are cursed from the fall in the garden. men with work and women in child bearing. I too have a problem with Ego trippin so called Christians.

Captain Jimmy, you said it right without using all that scripture. Pentecostal religion doesn't really do justice to women. I wrote about what they believe on my other hub ab out Women in High Offices and Gender Equality--or something like that. In that article I have what three religious views are of women and the pentecostal is the worst of them all.

They really are too proud. It stopped shocking me a little while ago, now I just roll my eyes. I have heard so many dirty rotten things coming from them that the only thing that seriously scares me is that they just cannot grasp what they are doing.
In their eyes, everyone but themselves is wrong. In their eyes, women don't deserve to be alive unless they can be a servant to a man.
I know that it pisses them off when I say that I really think they worship the Devil or something because everything out of their mouths is either a flat out lie, it's deceptive, they are selfish and to me, just plain evil.
Ask them what Jesus cared about the most. Ironically, they seem to believe that Jesus cared most about himself then he did about the people.
So when someone says people are more important then god, then get all crazy and vicious and call everything blasphemy.
I am so sick of their lying, their ripping people off, their false sense of love, their pride, their ego, their injustice, they willingness destroy everything just so they can somehow 'prove' that their god is love. lololol

I must tell you all that all people who are Pentecostal do not share those views, I have been Pentecostal most of my life and have always been taught that women were special gifts from God.( why just look at how much better they are made than us old men, we are made of the dust of the earth but women are made from prime rib!loool)Christ had very specific orders for men concerning their wives:

25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; The bible clearly states that when a man and a woman marry the become "one flesh", how then if you are one can you degrade one without defacing the other?
I must say though that the Hubpages is not the place for personal agendas. It is very unprofessional to banter back and forth, bickering with each other. Hubpages is a wonderful gallery to display priceless works of art that can't be found anywhere else. Never allow any person or their comment to mar the work that God has allowed you to do.
Views on religion can vary considerably even with sincere people.As such I try to avoid arguing on the subject.

What can I say in support of your position?
Take heart from the fact that you are not alone nor are you the only one under attack.
Seems to me that in certain areas of Hub Pages it's like some sort of Holy crusade is going on with many spouting Biblical quotes in response to any subject.
Why not come over and join me on the DARK SIDE ! and leave those who are happy to quote from something written by people who lived in tents burn Ox crap to keep warm, thought the Earth was flat and was the centre of the Universe.
I also suspect that you are probably trying to use Logic, Reason and Common Sense in your discussion points which as you know is a complete waste of time.

johnnyco12, I don't like using the single verses as swords and taking it out of context so I will post the rest of that paragraph for al to see and it isn't in the KJV version which to me is manipulated so much as to give control to the church.

dahoglund, Thanks for stopping by. I do to try to avoid these types of people but this one is a special person. I met him about 3 years ago and he was a nice man then, but something happened to him and, over time, he has changed so much to the opposite of what I encountered when we first met. I have taken this crap for many, many months now and did ignore him for a while and then he seemed to allow my views and then he did this again. I had to finally do this. It has been stewing for too long and it was time to speak out once and for all.
Merlin, what a sweet surprise that you come to my rant. I know it has been happening to many more than myself. This is also another reason I had to finally rant. He thinks he is doing good, when he is doing the opposite. Now "WHO" is telling him how to do those things because the person that I knew before was not that kind of person.
The other woman that he is doing this too is a Minister and so am I and that grates on those peoples nerves. Neither of us put ourselves on a pedestal and if we can't answer a quetion we go and research it until we do find an answer. Neither one of us use the scriptures as swords. I don't think that I am better than anyone else either. Jesus wasn't and he didn't put himself on a pedestal. He was rich and yet he didn't act all proud either.

I know what it means in a strict dictionary definition: A contemptuous or profane act, utterance, or writing concerning God or a sacred entity.
However I guess the real question is where does it come from? For instance is it just a word or was it created as a Law ? I ask because a lot of people were murdered under the term.

the question is if God and Satan are one in the same and if so are/is it Bi-polar. One of the Pastor's wrote a comment back just stating it was Blasphemous with no other explanation. That's ok James. I didn't think that you would. The hub was about a certain person who calls me Satan and that Jezebel and that I don't teach out of the Bible.
How they use their own logic and EGO to shun others. - Agreed, they also use their spiritual authority over you when you speak out and tell them 'Hey Listen, this just doesn't make sense to me'. I've been there. I'm told I'm the confused one, and then I get kicked out of church. I'm reading all I can because I think this massive witch hunt against 'Jezebel' is creating an opportunity for leaders to spiritually abuse people, and its legit! At this point I've lost whatever trust I had. It's easier to be a man and considered a 'false prophet' than it is to be called a 'Jezebel', because they are looking for any thing they consider to be opposition and use it to condemn you. It's terrible, and I hope you heal from it. I don't even talk to God anymore, because it was so ingrained in my that only church leaders can be spoken to by God. God can't speak to me at all. And that if you don't listen to them, you are in danger of going against God's established order. Not only that, but you will suffer horrible consequences, even death. Frankly I think people have lost sight of how to love people, and please don't take that as double entendre. Leaders are bored of church and are looking for an excuse to hate others. I grow tired of listening to people talk to me about 'the manifestation of this Spirit' and 'that Spirit' when they have no love!! It's so obvious! It's turning them into a bunch of pharisees. What's even worse is they will never admit THEY are wrong, even if you humble yourself. And they won't lift a finger for you. This happened to me. I cried my eyes out and continued to be judged. I got no moral support. Nope, I don't want to go back to church or a congregation. I wanted to be near God and ended up being crucified, and not by atheists, by Christians!!! It raised my blood pressure, I was depressed. I have been miserable and unhappy. But they don't care because they will ALWAYS see you as being manipulative and just horrible. I just wish someone would slap some sense into these people. I wish they could go to jail. I'm angry, and I'm hurt, I'm alone and I'm done!
gabgirl12, This is an old hub and really never got a whole lot of attention. I have healed and I have come away from the church. God is Within you, not outside of you and he can't leave you and you cannot leave him. It's not an EGO thing like those religious think it is. They cannot be humble enough to see that becasue they have been taught EGO is the only way and that everything is outside of yourself and can be blamed on imaginary beings and they do not take anything they do as they do it. There is no self responsibility in what they do or think or behave. They are taught this time and time again....brainwashed from birth.
If you can step back you will see a pattern with these people and it is every time the same way.
I do hope that YOU heal from your torture too.
